In the midsummer of 2020, GIN HUANG Gallery Taichung Space is pleased to present the “MR+” private collection. The “MR+” private collection is from British artist George Morton-Clark, Spanish artist Javier Calleja, Japanese artist Tomokazu Matsuyama, Izumi Kato, and Sou Hirose. Male is respectfully called ”Mr.” in English. Nowadays, the style in contemporary art is constantly changing. Six male artists, who from the East and the West with completely different cultural backgrounds and ages, derive different styles such as rough and handsome, gorgeous and rich, colorful and interesting.

GIN HUANG Gallery Taichung

It’s an honor to announce GIN HUANG Gallery Taichung will having a grand opening on January 18, 2020!
The first exhibition will show multiple international contemporary artists, including Japanese artist Yuichi Hirako, British artist George Morton-Clark, Taiwanese artists Lu Ying-Chang, and Chang Teng-Yuan. In the meantime, the heartening notice is our venue import an amazing piece “The Other Lanny” already collected by an abroad collector before our opening. The artwork was created by departed genius artist, Joyce Pensato. There are more wonderful works that will be displayed, the opportunity not to be missed.

George Morton-Clark was born and raised in Tooting, South London. He studied animation for 3 years at London University, Surrey Institute of Art and Design.

POPPING NOW

“POPPING NOW” New Collection is from contemporary Japanese artists Izumi Kato, Yuki Inoue, Sou Hirose, British artist George Morton-Clark, and France artist Val. The exhibition combines traditional art forms and emerging urban art.
